How it works: these are starting prices, and our minimum order is $200. Share your date, venue and colours through the quote form and we’ll confirm your final quote once we have your event details.

Planning a weekday event? Installations take place on weekends, and night-before setup is available for weekday corporate events — evening installation after 7pm, so your space is dressed and ready for a morning start.

How do I book and secure my date?
Send a quote request below with your date, venue and theme — and send it as early as you can, because weekend dates fill up fast; reach out as soon as you have a date, even if the theme is still just an idea. A non-refundable deposit of 25% confirms your date once your final quote is confirmed — sending a request on its own doesn’t hold the date.
When do you set up?
Installations are on weekends, and Nova Pop Decor is appointment only. For small orders, we can also set up on a weekday evening after 7pm — decorating the night before your event, so everything is ready when you wake up.
How much does balloon decor cost?
Organic garlands start at $18/ft, balloon arches from $300, balloon columns (pair) from $250 and backdrop packages from $400. Our minimum order is $200. Your final quote is confirmed once we know your date, venue and design — see the Pricing section above for details.
Can I choose my own colours and theme?
Yes — every setup is designed around your colours and theme. If you have a reference photo of a look you love, attach it to your enquiry email — it helps us match it. Corporate setups can be colour-matched to your company branding.
Do you deliver and set up at my venue?
Yes. We build and style your setup on site at your home or venue, before your guests arrive — you don’t need to pick anything up or hang anything yourself.

The fee covers your setup and our return trip after your event to collect the frames and stands. Another part of HRM? We’ll confirm your delivery & setup fee with your final quote.
Planning an outdoor event? Direct sun, heat and wind can shorten how long balloons look their best, and sharp edges can pop them — a shaded spot is ideal, and we’ll talk through placement when you book.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens — you can cancel any time, but the 25% deposit isn’t refunded, as it covers the materials set aside for your date. Need to move your event instead? Reschedule 7 or more days before your event and your deposit moves to the new date, once, free of charge. Inside 7 days, a new deposit is needed to secure the new date.
